Cleaning:Regular cleaning of floors, walls, windows, and other surfaces.
Removal of debris and trash from common areas.
Plumbing Maintenance:Inspecting for leaks and repairing plumbing fixtures.
Clearing clogged drains and pipes.
Electrical Maintenance:Inspecting and repairing electrical outlets and switches.
Testing and replacing light bulbs.
Roof and Gutter Maintenance:Inspecting and repairing roof leaks.
Clearing debris from gutters and downspouts.
Checking for and addressing any damage to the roof.
Painting and Surface Maintenance:Touching up paint in common areas.
Repairing and repainting walls as needed.
Flooring Maintenance:Cleaning and maintaining carpets or other floor coverings.
Repairing or replacing damaged flooring materials.
Exterior Maintenance:Inspecting and maintaining the building's exterior, including facades.
Cleaning and maintaining outdoor spaces, such as sidewalks and parking areas.
Safety Inspections:Conducting regular safety inspections to identify and address potential hazards.
Checking and testing emergency lighting and exit signs.
Ensuring compliance with building codes and regulations.

Maintenance and Repairs: Address maintenance issues and repairs promptly. Implement a system for reporting and tracking maintenance requests.
